There are many predefined
filtering objects available for standard message types. Here we have to give the
Segment name and filed name that we want to drop.
The filtering objects we
maintained in BD59 for a message type will be in the Distribution model.
Double click on the ‘No filter set’ in our distribution
model, a screen will appear like below.
Create a filter group using
‘Create filter group’ button. By default all the filter objects will appear.
Double click on any of the filter objects and give values as shown below.
In Distribution
Model we can see Data Filter Active
Below is the IDoc generated
after applying filter object for ‘Plant’.
