Transporting objects in PI...Previous Enter the name for your Group e.g. GR_DEV
and choose the corresponding integration server . In case the BS belongs to Development
environment choose your development integration server’s Business system. Then
click on ‘Create’.
Now in the Business systems page select the
Business system for which you have created the Groups e.g. Click
on ‘BS_RED_200’. Now in the
Details Sub screen choose the transport Tab. Maintain the targets groups as
GR_QLT and the Business system as BS_REQ_050.
Follow a similar process for other Business systems
Export
and Import of PI objects Now let’s see as to how to carry out the
actual export and import of PI objects from one system to another Exporting
IR objects Click on Integration Repository from the
index page in your Development box
From the IR home page right click on the
design object you wish to transport and choose ‘Export’
In the subsequent screens click on
‘continue’ and choose the relevant object and click on ‘Finish’
After successful export you will get the
below message with the export file path
Now go to the export path mentioned in the
previous screen and you will see the .tpz file available in the export folder C:\usr\sap\<Logical system of
Source>\SYS\global\xi\repository_server\export
