Change the Character Set of a SAP Screen

Introduction:

You can change the look of sap screen by using the character set. If you change the character set, then the screen appears will automatically changed according to the character set.

Step 1:

Log on to the SAP, the initial screen will be displayed.

Choose “Customize local layout” on the application toolbar as highlighted

Step 2:

Under Customize Local Layout choose Character Set.

In character set, different types of character sets will be present. As shown in below screen shot

Step 3:

The list of different character sets present under character set are as follows

Select any one of the above.

According to the selected character set the SAP Screen text will vary.

You can change and find the difference how this was happening.

Step 4:

For Ex, I selected “Korean”, the characters on the screen are displayed as below.

Now you can find the difference of characters in Step 2 of SAP Screen.
