How to maintain Query Translations in different languages

Introduction

This article will elaborate you how to maintain translations of Queries. Normally, custom queries those are created with custom tables and created with one language, doesn’t show field text at selection screen when logged with different language.

To solve this problem, follow below steps.

(Note - Using below method we can also change selection screen text of query.)

Step 1 – Open transaction SQ07. Or click on Environment à Language Comparison from SQ01 transaction.

Step 2 – Give Query name & User Group. Also select language ‘From’ & ‘To’ you want to maintain translation of selection texts.

Step 3 – Click on change. Below screen will appear. This screen will give you details on selection screen text, header text etc.
