Integrating BI 7.0 with PI (XI)

Step2: Developing Interface in PI 

Do the SLD configurations as per the requirement.

Create a Technical System as Web as ABAP and also a Business System for the BI7.0, Anyways I am using Business Service for the Sender side.

Create a Product and Software Component Version. 

Coming to IR, import SWC from SLD and create a namespace by checking a radio button Import of RFC and IDoc Interfaces from SAP systems Permitted. And give the System and client details of BI7.0. 

Click on Imported objects and say Import of SAP Objects.

Import the RFC function module Right mouse click on RFCs 

Logon to the SAP System Select RFC generate in BI7.0 when we activate the

Data Source

In this case: /BIC/CQSENDXML00001000

Press continue

Select the function module and Press Finish 

RFC /BIC/CQSENDXML00001000 Structure

Now Create a Data Type: DT_DataToBI 

Create a Message Type: MT_DataToBI 

Create an Outbound Interface and Inbound Interface.

Outbound Interface:

Inbound Interface: Select the Input Message from RFC Structure /BIC/CQSENDXML00001000

Create a Message Mapping:
